not your average threesome

i'm looking for runners in jamaica -- story on the podcast.

i've teamed up with two fellas - one from the UK - Steve and one from the land down under - JayDub. We've launched a podcast about running - with three different perspectives, three different continents and two sexy accents ( i much prefer Jay's to Steve's but don't tell him that).

i love stories -- hearing them and sharing them. we all know the people whose stories we could listen to endlessly. i tell stories when i run and i love running with other story tellers. so, that's why most of my insights on the podcast, just like here on my blog, will be stories or reflections. of course, i add my pesky remarks to the banter w steve and jaydub. they may soon regret inviting me to the party ;)

aural 
The podcast is meant to an aural magazine with snippets on a range of topics. The three of us share some conversation, do our own solo segments and bring a bunch of other people as well. My solo piece is on how and why i began to run. Steve talks about his Santa run and JayDub stops in mid-run to tell us about an aborigine special place.
